My guess, looking at the illustration, is befuddled or drunk, or no drunks allowed. That leaves most us banned.

The only one that I saw that was better, was the "T" shirt, from Japan, that was a complete print of the instructions for the use of tampons; In INGRISH!

This was years ago....before I had my camera. Wish I did. They are always putting stuff on shirts that don't make sense

what is Nampa and the smelly one is confusing.. No one who smells bad? do they mean armpit smell or no farting. I think many perfumes stink are they banded also?
