Oysters are $18.00 a dozen raw or $1.50 each battered and deep fried... I want mine plain & raw so I get the full taste for my $$... the best things in life are raw and full of natural flavour

Aghhhhhhhhh You Heathen!!!An oyster should be opened gently, sprinkled with a little black pepper and a delicate sprinkle of malt vinegar and slurped with much noise and delightat worst a few oysters may be put into a steak and fried gently to a medium rare state and then enjoyed as a Kiwi favorite.. the carpetbag steak
