As I am an incessant pedant, that animal is actually a Greater Kudu Bull (or tragelaphus strepsiceros)
Same family as Oryx but very different animal. The Kudu bull has a chevron between the eyes and white stripes along his sides.
I just like to call it by its proper name as else it is like calling a Janner Cornish. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janner)

Check the size of a picture by hovering the cursor over it. If it's over 400 wide make a copy no more than 400 wide and post that - it's quicker to download and ugoto doesn't need to resize to the same degree.
