Hmm, nope not Brits, unless the images have been reversed (possible). The cars are left side drive. The plates are long though so it's not North America. No other obvious clues though.

I think it's good, but should have a T at the start though and an exclamation point at the end. "TWHACK!"

EDIT: Oops. It does have the exclamation. It's fine then. Regional sound difference between the T or not is all.
