This statue is just wrong! It is advocating beating one another! And what's up with the extremely tiny weiner -- does it signify that the "weaker" man is the one that get "beat" in life?
I'd like to know where this is located. I would complain to the "pwers to be" if I lived in that area!

This is a statue by Lipetsk. And it's found in a park near Dzerzhinsk in Russa. It is to honor the great fight against the people of Vilnius which was started when the city elder was named as having the smallest weeny. the statue shows the elder in action on the battle field.
