Another victim of those stupid slotted storm drains it looks like. Note his front tire dropped into it at the corner and his bike stopped, but of course he didn't. And he either didn't see it because it was backed up with water or had to hug the curb for some other reason, like that bus not respecting his right to a lane. Or maybe he just forgot that riding along the curb is dangerous.
