I was nearly run over by someone in one of those things in Wal Mart last night. Stupid bitch would NOT turn to the side, so even though I was already established where I was standing, I had to MOVE out of her way so she could motor on through to the bulk food isle. All she had to do was swerve 2 feet to the right.

I'm going to steal the little key out of the back of one of those things the next time someone runs me over in Wal Mart. What are they gonna do? Get out and chase me?

That raises a good question, if she hit you and caused you "bodily harm", of course you will need to throw in the "emotional stress" you endured while being injured....Who would be liable? If it was a car and the driver wasn't insured, the liability shifts to the owner of the vehicle. I think you side stepped a lawsuit in your favor!
