A bunch of us used to use a pub in Worcestershire on the bank of the river Severn which had crested ducks in the beer garden. It was a favourite haunt of bikers... a pity it was called 'The Camp House'.

well he tasted nice last night.
Ingredients

* 1 x 1.5 kg (3 lb) duck
* 2 tablespoons Sichuan pepper and salt
* 1/4 cup plain (all-purpose) flour
* vegetable oil for deep-frying

Blood plum sauce

* 1 cup water
* 1 cup white sugar
* 250 g (8 oz) ripe blood plums — about 4 — cut in half
* 2/3 cup fish sauce
* 6 whole star anise
* 2 cinnamon quills
* 1/3 cup lime juice

I don't think I have ever seen it. I like fish also, but not things like New England Clam Chowder, Oyster Stew, or Clamato Juice!

I'll stick to the Mary's! V-8 is also what I use, but I replace the vodka with gin,and I also like to add olive juice or dill pickle juice.

fish, shrimp, pork, and chicken sauces .it is also used as an ingredient for soups and casseroles.if you have been in a Chinese restaurant you would have had it.
