too bad bmi is useless. it takes zero consideration for muscle mass or body type. the bmi test says that countless number of athletes are overweight or obese.

body mass idex was a sad attempt to measure how fat someone is...it should be called RNI....Roll Number Index...one roll your ok...two your green still...three your alright getting shakey...four your still in the top five...five..ok now start worrying...six or more...wrinkles....but if any equal more than 3-4 inches thick...diet..excersize..eat right...lol..
