i guess you're talking about the large hole as opposed to the cell phone. However body modification is the most popular way of looking attractive, just look at scarring or teeth filing, that is considered attractive in some cultures; this however is not always the case with a large and ever global society. (even though it enables groups across the globe to communicate ie tattoos and piercings) (ps i agree, this is not what i consider attractive)

o no i agree with u on the culture aspect but this is not cultural this is a cry for attention!! unless he is in some African tribe then it would be different!!

this particular cell phone pic yes, but how do you personally define culture - this comes from the common belief that white people dont have a culture (arguably) or in any case its not activly recognised as being as important as other cultures especially ethnic minorites (ps dont take this personally, i just play devils advocate sometimes)

I never understood the fascination with having a "culture". I don't want to be like everyone else. That's all culture is.... just trying to be like everyone else.
