Does the Ambien work for you?
I gave it a try, and still had no luck at staying asleep.

As little as 1/4 (of a 10gm) pill will put me out. Ambien CR is suppose to keep you out for good all night, but I feel groggy the next day even after 8 hours sleep. But I think the things aren't putting everyone out completely, myself included. Some people have been known to drive their cars, me I found out I go on the computer and start typing jibberish. When my wife says I was up again the first thing I do is check my out box for e-mail !!

Ambien CR 6.25mg was what I was using. I never had trouble going to sleep, I just don't stay there. With or with out the Ambien I usualy only sleep for 4 hours. Some times 5 hours. That's why you see me online at such late/early hours. Never got the groggy thing from it tho.

I know the feeling, a real good sleep aid is Rozarem, also fights Seasonal Affective Disorder and not habit forming. REALLY expensive. With insurance they CVS wanted but didn't get $90 for 30 day!!!
