This is supposed to be one of those stress tests. If the picture moves, it relates to how you deal with stress.
When I look at it, nothing moves at all.

It's not a stress test, it's an optical illusion that, like most other illusions, was probably created to test how the motion-detecting section of your brain works.

If you notice when you move your eyes the little "leaf" things should inch closer to their brighter edge, which confuses you because you know that they aren't really moving at all.

This stuff is really fascinating -- if not just a cool little trick.
