it just violates the incest taboo. it's not like the dad is really letting her play with his wang. it's just that incest is such a strong taboo that even the thought of it shocks people, but these people are probably more laid back and don't take things too seriously, although they do seem to be intentionally trying to shock people, but then again maybe they're from a hippie community.

VERY TASTELESS COSTUMES ...all of them.....not just mommy's bush, but the little boy's anatomically correct costume....AND.... The little girl appears to be fondling and playing with daddy's anatomically correct costume and looks like he's quite happily helping her pursue her curiousity for god's sake.
