My local in North Devon used to have a sign behind the bar:

PRICES WILL FLUCTUATE ACCORDING TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE CUSTOMER

If anyone complained of being short changed, all the bar staff did was point to the sign.

i like it, in my local we have a sign that says "no credit given to anybody under the age of 85" (accompanied by both parents)

Tourist bars in Spain NEED this sign, not just for foreign tourists, the spanish tourists can be a REAL pain in the a** in august!
