my wife had to use one like this in bulgria and she nearly slipped and fell over AND she had to pay to use it as well.we had to pay to use the toilets even in the bars.but they were not like these,they where normal toilets.the old women who take payment for the ladies toilets give you one piece of toilet paper to take in.yes i asked,there was a toilet roll in there as well.strange people the Bulgarians.

I remember a woman on a Britcom saying she had to spend a penny. I assume it ment use a pay toilet.
My father use to refer to pay toilets as Johnny Cash.
