You don't starve to get a body that is in decent shape. Its a seriously flawed misconception about fitness.

You work out to get in shape. You starve to die.

but how would you know that she works out? You can't really see much of her. Even though her legs do look fit, it doesn't mean she works out.

Anyway, I've been bodybuilding for the last 10.5 years, and someone that starves looks horrible. Some women are just lean, but there is a definite difference.

There are several women at my gym that have flat stomachs, lean legs and look good, not like fat sows as some people think women look "naturally"

There are 3 different body types. Endomorphs, Ectomorphs and Mesomorphs.
Naturally lean, naturally median, naturally "husky"

She is on the lean side. Its obvious. Husky means more muscle as well as more fat.

The lean side means less fat AND less muscle.

Its just the way it is.
