New Zealand is beautiful in Autumn, the weather is mild and the trees slowly turn golds, reds and yellows...BUT we are not a shadow on Canada so I've heard. The paths are covered in crisp dropped leaves and they whoosh when you walk through them... the nights come sooner but the fire is lit, the wine is ready and there's always someone or a good book to cuddle up to

That's really pretty

Why is it drug addicts and computer afficionados are both called users?

I owe my success to having listened respectfully to the very best advice, and
then going away and doing the exact opposite.

New Zealand. I live in Michigan, and Canada is my neighbor. Been there, done that.

It's a beautiful and realitively safe place, use to be safer but we have a problem with P and the Evening News always tells the worst. We had an earthquake lastnight further up the North Island, it was a 6.5 but we all live close to the ground and so it wasn't particulary rough, 4 or 5 shops were... resorted shall we call it, but NZers don't freak much on them, they're better than getting tornados, cyclones, Nuclear anything, and we have 1 native spider that I've only ever seen once that if it bites a very old infirm person or a tiny baby might kill them. Other than that no snakes, bears, or dangerous animals or insects. Means a great place to camp, and enjoy the outdoorsy stuff and John says we make a decent beer.

Only thing that will kill ya in NZ is the tourist that hire campervans and try to drive them on the wrong side of the road...We drive on the LEFT side of the road, SO PLEASE PRACTISE IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY DRIVING ON THE LEFT. So that when you arrive, though you may have scared the shite out of your fellow Americans and self, we will still all survive your holiday!Love to have you come and visit, and I believe the trouser snake has got to be deadlier than the rattlesnake any day

The last 2 years I have spent my holidays in Queen Charlotte Sounds fishing. The fishing is great and the clothing is optional. My friend owns 160 acres of Arapawa Island and you can only get there by boat. I found a photo of thier home on the net tonight. have a look, green house, I stay in 1 of the 2 flats on the ground floor.

Sorry Brian, fantastic how little boys can fly over leaves, fly after a ball, fly into the ocean...But can never fly into the shower. I find it only happens with kicking and screaming and thats just me, they are worse

They will get older and want to take showers several times a day. that will be just after they start hitting puberty. Believe I have 2 at that age.
