That is fascinating! I would like to someday tour a boat like that....just to see the machinery. What year was she built and is she still steam powered? I find functional antique machinery totally amazing. In my opinion she is a piece of Artwork!!! I am licensed to operate her and I would be one "Proud Peacock" to be her Master! There is a similar vessel on the Puget Sound, WA. that is all original and available for charter....The M.V. Virginia V. She also is a FINE LADY!
