one of my best friends is a vegan. he showed me some pretty interesting studies on eating meat vs eating veggies. just to keep from having to write a full page on it....in a nutshell our bodies have alot of trouble digesting meat, the more meat you eat the more you shit out because our bodies cant process it. what you dont shit out becomes sludge in your system.
veggies are packed with vitamins, legumes packed with proteins, and fruits work as soap to our innards. our bodies have very little problem digesting and absorbing most veggies and fruits thus producing much less waste. and it leaves the digestive system without leaving the sludge afore mentioned.
some of the studies shown say that vegetarians/vegans have very few cases of colon cancer. but even with all that in mind...i just cant pass up a t-bone steak

If the animals we eat weren't in demand by us, they would not have been born to begin with, you don't see too many wild cows or pigs roaming the plains. No its not easy for city folks to see where dinner comes from, but on the farm things like animals mating and being slaughtered are second nature.

OK...just kill rich cows and pigs.
