Dear counselor, I commend you for taking up the defense for the accused. For this is not likely gonna be an easy case to defend. I intend to be fair and to weigh the evidence before me. And No amount of ass kissing will sway me from a fair verdict. And as for the so called "typo" no such luck I like to see guilty people swing from a high tree. The guilt of the accused will be determined at trial, and you, sir, better have a strong case of defense, cause I haven't seen a good hangin' in quite some time and miss the spectacle of watching the defendant's feet twitch the air beneath them. Oh, what a thrill I get watching such things. It makes my little willy twitch with desire.

I also am committed to the truth and justice in the courtroom. I also am a firm believer in the swift execution of justice in all forms ranging from electric toilet seats/chair and not limited to a good "Neck Tie Party" for the condemned. At this time I shall enter a "Not Guilty" plea on behalf of the defence. It is my belief, that when all the facts come to light, My client "Sir Konifur" will be exonerated of all charges. As for the matter of arranging for release or bail of "Sir Konifur" as he is a hardship case stemming from previous and numerous abuses. My Dear Not So Fair Lady;It is becoming obvious that you have, in your mind, already convicted an innocent man! One might even think that you were the prosecutor in the case!(I pray not) Furthermore I have been presented not one shred of concrete evidence to incriminate the Illustrious "Sir Konifur!" This is the fairest way to allow the accused to develop/present his defence!

At this time I should like to call my first witness to the stand. I call "Token" to the stand for the defence!

After "Token'S" testamony I should like to call for a short recess so Your Honor can carefully take into concideration the new evidence that has come to light. (also it's almost 04:00h here)

I have checked with this new Bear out and indeed he is Ursaminor's twin brother. Whilst questioning him, he said he has come to town to rescue his brother from Konifur. He knew his brother was hoping to strike up a friendship with Mr Konifur again, after having had such pleasent encounters previously with Mr Konifur in the woods. Ursaminor's brother read the papers and was afraid that after assuming Mr Konifur had murdered Monk Tito, he may then kill his brother Ursaminor. Please note that that is a pistol and not the murder weapon and Mr Bear has no reason to kill Monk Tito as they had never met.
I will be entering into my report that this is just another smokescreen put forward by Mr Konifur's councellors to distract the obvious... Mr Konifur is the murderer!

I would also like to enter this evidence to the court that our client was with myself and another who will come forward to testify. He was no where near the scene of the alleged crime.

Having looked carefully at the submitted photo I can see that the picture has been tampered with... Forensic's has infact compared it with photos taken of the brother of Ursaminor and have verified what we suspected... that is infact the Twin Brother and not Ursaminor in the picture...who already has a airtight alibi which I will swear to under oath.

Hey Konifur, Hey Token; 'Peers as though that phony judge and his female clown are on the run, with their tails tucked twix their legs....like the two scurvy dogs that they are! I think they realized; the jig is up, when Sir Token presented his evidence that sooo incriminated the two of 'em! And further more, I would like to point out to the court that a cover up is suspected. The twin rouge bear and the investigating officer Debz were having an afair, and she is covering up for him.

Before I ask my other witness to come forward... I would ask the Judge to reconsider his no bail verdict.
