Here on guam we get the cheapest gas in the world (high sulfur content) from Singapor and we still pay about a dollar more than in the States!

You might have a point there Li'll Bro.....I'm not sure though...I think that the oil/gas we get is exempt of the "Jones Act" 'cause we are such a strong military port/base. I'll get back to you on that fact though.......good point!
