Now I would love to have that one for sure. The pic enclosed is of a CIVIL WAR BELGIUM SINGLE SHOT PERCUSSION KNIFE PISTOL! Early Scarce Civil War Belgium Made Single Shot Percussion Folding Knife Pistol. The gun has fine metal, markings, & engraving on the frame. The metal on the gun has a nice even color to it. The flutted grips are in excellent condition. The action on the gun also works fine. When opened the gun & knife measure 10 3/4 inches long. The gun has a great overall look to it. This Is A Very Unusual Civil War Gun. There are about 30 of them left that I know of and this one is in the safety box in the bank. Where it shall stay, I doubt that it has any real monetary value to it unless a collector like me would want it,, But I still would love to have the one in the pic above..............

A .357, .44 mag a over & under and a side by side
But my fav is locked up in the bank deposit box.
I have my under & over by my feet 24/7. I use them to scare the coyotes and other wildlife off my land. I have exotic birds and they like to go shopping in my yard for their dinner. I would never shoot a animal... EVER...But a human being?? Stay off my property and you won't get hurt!! I can & will put a slug in your arse if I feel threatened in any way. And I would have no guilty feelings for putting a cap in someone ass. An animal I'd die if I hurt one. But a human?? Watch out I have no fear!!!

No, Not me!! I have never shot a human being, But that don't mean I won't if threatened. A gun is NOT a FREAKING TOY!!!!!!! I have the utmost respect for ALL firearms. Not to mention it is one of MY RIGHTS to own and bare arms!!! I have a 12 year old grandson who is showing signs of being a marksmanship. And he too has the respect and understanding of firearms at his age. I'am a proud owner and operator of my guns...

Whoa, a little defensive are we? I too have owned firearms nearly all my life. Currently all I have a Ruger 10/22 which is not much more than a gopher gun since I don't hunt game anymore (too lazy and a shit shot to boot). I have also over the years owned a 30-30, 30.06 and a 12 gauge pump (well the 12 gauge i only owned for about 10 min before I sold it back to the gun store, it was my 5 year anniversary gift from my employer, I bought a guitar with money). I've never owned a hand gun though, I'd like to get a D.E. .50 caliber, nice (not-so)little hand cannon. But they are spendy and so is the ammo. Still, you can hunt bear with them sons-uv-bitches, if you're willing to get close enough. In any case, I completely support the right of law abiding citizens to own a firearm(s) regardless of what country you are from or your country's gun laws.

Whoa??? A little defensive?? You bet your musical playing arse I'am.... I've lived in Chicago my whole life up untill 5 years ago...
The only one's that had guns then were the gangbangers and theives. and after being robbed at gunpoint in front of my daughters, I was helpless to this punk. after that was over and things were cool I bought my 1st snub nose .38
and went on from there. never again would my babies fear for their lives ever again so yeah ....I'm OBBESSED with them.... But I have RESPECT for them as well....like I said before
I'm not a violent person but can be if threatened

Well that makes a bit more sense now. Every law abiding citizen should carry in a city like Chicago. I grew up in and still live in a state who's entire population is maybe 1/10 of the city of Chicago. Crime is far less of an issue here. 11 years ago when I was in high school shotguns and rifles were about as common in my classmates' vehicles in the fall (hunting season) as empty fast food bags and pop bottles. But even we are no longer immune to the the zero-tolerance bullshit. It took hold here not to long after I graduated. Now if you forget to leave your hunting weapon at home, even a bow, after a weekend of hunting, expect some hoplophobe to report to the principle that we have another columbine about to unravel. Not really though, someone just forgot to disassemble, trigger lock and lock away in a secure underground storage facility their shotgun after a weekend of pheasant hunting and now some poor idiot has the misfortune to see something so scary as a tool.

In any case, just don't shoot first and ask questions later unless of course the situation is blatantly obvious and no questions are needed. Also don't spin handguns on your finger like in old westerns, it looks cool, but you'll just shoot yourself in the foot.

I'm no firearms expert but I believe the desert eagle is or has been manufactured in all of the following calibers... .357 Magnum, .41 Magnum, .44 Magnum, .440 Cor-bon and .50 Action Express. Thank you wikipedia.

Yeah I know and have used the magnums, I've not come across the .440, but I'am sure the .50 cal came out shortly after the gulf war of 1990 and named after the operation by the allied forces. Then again I am working from memory and details do get sketchy after 17 yrs or so.

You seem to have the same philosophy as me I've shot cardboard, ballons, cigarettes, playing cards, skittles and the odd melon, I used to own a model 586, and a Gold Cup until the govenment decided that over 6,000,000 of the population were all mentally unstable.
