I now what this is.

It's a character named Arseface from a comic book called THE PREACHER.
He tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in the HEAD but he MISSED and SURVIVED with a utterly discusting scar on his face.
So his two best "friends" calls him arseface.

Some TV company wanted to make a movie out of THE PREACHER but it was never finished I think.
So this is just a random actor disguised as Arseface to fit the role you know...

So it's not real.

I think i know who your're talking about...is it the same dude who shot himself in the chin w/a shotgun on his yard? i think you can find the invterview of him on toxic.com, but that real dude beats this one by far, when i first seen "preacher" on faces of death, it scared the hell out of me..he looked hella creepy..w/a big nose and beedie eyes & a weird voice..yeah CREEPY!!!!
