i agree with u,, they applied motion blur effect on the back ground but forgot to apply radial blur to the wheel so it doesnt seem to be moving

Ive seen this sort of thing in Asia many times......kids risking life and limb every day.......great way for them to get around......and its all free !! oooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww
