When a "Republican" president begins writing legislation with Ted Kennedy, we should all be asking ourselves why there are no recall procedures for idiots in the White House - the most recent in a line of horrible, horrible legislation that has done no good, but continues to steal money from taxpayers and give it to others who do nothing to contribute to the tax base.
