This brings up an interesting observation. There are a lot of American restaurants that offer Foreign
food, but very few foreign restaurants offering American food.

people in the UK now eat more of the indian dish chicken tikka Marsala.( it is nothing like they eat in India, i must add) than the traditional English fish and chips, takeaway foods.

"Takeaway foods"? Is that the same as we Americans call "take out"? Food that we pick up and take home or have delivered to our homes?

yes the same thing bri.my daughter lives on take- aways... me i like home cooking.well meals that go ping ting anyway.but i do cook as well.i spent 11 month as a commis chef when i left school.so i know a little.
