Other little known facts

He was a Hollywood Hooker....snicker...tow truck driver

Shot a hole in the floor chasing a rat. Got PO'ed at a rat that was in the cupboard and had the rifle in his hand. The rat ran out of the cupboard and he shot it. He got the rat.

I remember another time the guys trapped one in the cupboard and you grabbed your caulk logging boots and they opened the cupboard and you stomped it to death and was laughing your asses off. Sue and I came home and were po'ed cause there were dints in the floor from your boots. At least you wiped up the blood before we got home.

The water table was real low that summer and wells etc were drying up and the rats were looking for water.

I know you are joking about the ferry ride and I love the ferries and he lives close enough I can take him for a ferry ride except for one problem... My kids are forbidden to meet people the have met on-line unless there is an adult present and they meet in a public place with other adults around I know.

We did this once... I let my daughter meet a sailor she had been talking to on-line when she was 17. We invited him to my work picnic in Redmond. We also brought along my 23 year old son who is 6 feet tall but looks about 6'2". The 22 year old sailor turned out to be 28. We lived in downtown Everett at the time and his ship was docked about 10 blocks from the house. He kept bugging her to meet with him after that and did not like no and she finally had to block his e-mails. She is glad her and her girlfriends did not decide to defy me and walk down to the docks and meet him.

I would never ask someone else's kids to do something I forbid mine to do.

On the other hand Mino, I work with the Everett High NJROTC club (the kids running around school in military uniforms) and if you ever go to one of the drill meets, I think you guys are still part of the Snohomish team, stop by and say hi.

On-line is a fantasy world where you can be anyone you want and no one really knows who you are. And sometimes it is hard not to be seduced by others fantasy and dreams. You get in trouble when you try to take the fantasy into the real world.
I work with high school young adults through Everett NJROTC. It is so much fun working with them. It really pisses me off when adults take advantage of their innocence or start pushing them around because they are older and the kids "Have to do what they say" I send the adult home.
