I've seen that job if I remember what it is.

He's the guy that either smashes the bovine on the head with a pointed hammer after its throat has been slit, or he's the guy that releases the pin on the swinging pendulum that smashes the cow on the head.

Butchery is a fine art. You got to lure the cow into the chute, get it to stick its head through, lock it down, slit its throat, smash its head then eject it.

In the old days at the Stock Yards it was brute force on the hammer... now theres air powered stun guns... now even the Gays can swing Psuedo Hammer.

You'd probably find them hanging around a construction project watching the men work.

Well I didnt want to automatically exclude them from a job class because (holy crap) someone would be offended...snicker, plus I didnt think of it quick enough heh
