The guy with the signs is protesting "fags". The 2 dudes on either end I'm presuming are gay, and are flashing "He's" and "Gay" and the guy in the middle has no idea.

Pretty damned funny. Beats those stupid "rabbit ears" people put up in pictures. Typically I grab my ass when a picture is being taken and I'm in the background.
