This is a funny pic but I cannot help but laugh at how people balk about how Obama is spending cash when GWB basically destroyed the economy (trillions in debt whereas good Old Bill C left office with an surplus) with his wreckless spending habits *cough war* and then got to GTFO right in time to let the new guy take the hit...
