Pretty good actually. Marinate em in a beer and then fry them up like chicken, they turn out pretty good. Just too much trouble to deal with because you need about a half a dozen of em to make a meal.

I am serious, just use your beer of choice. Let em swim for a few hours and let em fry. I fry them just like fried chicken and they turn out pretty good. I have had em soaked in buttermilk and there not bad that way either. I used to squirrel hunt alot with my dad when I was a kid. Haven't done it in years.

Thanx, as a scotch & water drinker I seldom drink beer. When I do it is an import, usually dark, so, I'll try it with that for a richer flavor, I think the wife will love it!
