refund perosn: how did this happen

person with laptop:ok so here is the story i was running from the evil mogoose people when they all pumled me and drove my face through the wall then me and my power ranger buddies all jumped out and anielated them all but we were too late the hostage (laptop) had alredy been killed we were overcome with greif so we shuved our foot through it. . . later finding out that the hostage was not dead after all... up untill we drove the foot through it
