True story:

When I was 18 we moved to a different town. I soon made some new friends and noticed that a lad who occasionally used the same pub had a strange looking forehead. He also had a number of self-created tattoos on his arms and hands, and his name (Colin) tattooed on the inside of his bottom lip. I asked a friend about the strange forehead and was told it was a skin graft to cover another tattoo. It seems that Colin could not get a job because of this particular tattoo, so had to have it covered over. The thing was, he had tattooed his name on his forehead using a mirror, and ended up with NILOC on it!

Biggest prat I ever met.
