I took a ride this spring when I was in Tokyo. It was designed by a famous Japanese Manga Artist Reiji Matsumoto (thus the cutouts of some of his most famous characters from Galaxy Express) It's not cheep and doesn't make many trips, but it's a fun way to go if you want to avoid the crowded weekend trains to Odaiba
