I think not...the plates all match, and are not cracked...the pans are clean and the building is clean and maintained....maybe they got some kinda thing about sun-dried...

I agree with alex, I dry my clothes on the line and there is no way one regular pin would hold those smooth slippery dishes and pans, espically the glass ones. Good photo tweaking.
