Large breast implants like those are not filled with saline or silly-cone, but rather a special type of 'string' that absorbs fluid from the body and swells to a predetermined size. They are more for the obscure porn stars that not only have an obsession about getting "3 holed" and/or "going air tight", but with mutilating their bodies as well.
