HAHAHAHA.... Yes, Yes I did... 8 track all the way, an underdash model just like that. Later on, I had one similar that played cassettes, but still hung under the dash

I don't have to attend every argument I'm invited to.

This is an age in which one cannot find common sense without a search warrant.

My older brother had one in his 67 Dodge Charger, they had a slide bracket to take the player out so it wouldn't get stolen.

Oh yeah, and before the 8 track, I had a 4 track, and before that, I had a 45 rpm record player that mounted under the dash.....

My parents had one in their chevy vega, and the tape we heard over and over was by Andy Williams.
The favorite song my mom liked was Moon river.
It also had the same gas pedal shaped like a foot!

NOT ONLY DO REMEMBER BUT I STILL HAVE THE PLAYER WITH ABOUT 125 8-TRACK TAPES. IT WAS MOUNTED UNDER THE DASH. I STILL HAVE THE PLAYER BUT THE CAR IS GONE TO THE BIG JUNK YARD IN THE SKY ! BUT I STILL USE THE 8-TRACK BY HOOKING IT UP TO A CAR BATTERY AND FEW OTHER RIGGING DEVICES. STEPPENWOLF AND MOODY BLUES ARE STILL SOME OF MY FAVORITE 8-TRACKS

My first truck had an 8 track player in it. I still have an old Hi-Fi box cabinet with 8-track and turn table in it - an it still sounds pretty decent considering the tech.
