Seeing an image of people getting it on and thusly getting turned on by the image does not a corrupted mind make. It is the appropriate response in order to ensure propagation of the species. The reason children see dolphins and not two people fucking is because their bodies have not begun to mature sexually thusly they will not yet begun to have sexual feelings. It's not because their minds are "un-corrupted", it's because their bodies are not yet prepared to reproduce, so such feelings are not yet necessary.

Let me elaborate on that statement. The study of the human mind is a noble effort and in no way should be discontinued, however what is currently know about the functions of the human mind wouldn't fill a thimble in a universe of psychological knowledge. It's mostly theory based on statistics and statistics just don't answer any questions in an absolute manner. Yet whatever theories are popular at the moment are usually offered as indisputable fact, only to be reversed or trumped in a few years or decades.

So I partially take that statement back, psychology, by definition, is not bullshit, but the public face of pyschology is.

Also I know very little about scientology other than that it's based on some science fiction books written decades ago, and celebrities are inexplicably attracted to it.
