ahhhhh....I have tried this brand on holidays in the Philippines many years ago , they make this dish over there where they cook the squid and put the ink into the mixture.....they serve it on a bed of rice......beautiful !

it has a lemon taste about it.......they also put soy sauce , vinegar , small amount of garlic
its really very nice......I always come back for seconds.
