Age has nothing to do with physical fitness. Muscle will atrophy after a period of not being used. Kind of like peoples brains.

An old body builder will still look like a body builder when they are "old". I know several people in their 60's that are in better shape than most 24 year olds that sit around "online, chatting with hot babes all day."

What about when they are older than 60? I said nothing about physical fitness...someone can be strong as an ox and not be physically fit. My point was, in order to maintain that type of body, a person has to keep working out hard core. There is a point in every persons life where they physically cannot go to the gym everyday and work out. Then what happens to the 200lbs of muscle on the 100lb frame at that point? It has to go somewhere. I might be wrong, but I dont think this type of "body building" has been going on forever. The first of these bodybuilders are going to be getting pretty old pretty soon...

The muscle can atrophy over time. Any bodybuilder that is 275lbs now, will "wilt" back down to a more natural size over time and malnutrition.

I have a friend that has done it several times now. When he runs out of juice money he is smaller than I am. When times are good he outweighs me by over 40lbs.
