He wouldn't be able to breath very well above about 150 mph, and after around 13,000 feet, there isn't enough oxygen to sustain life for very long. Any higher and the oxygen actually leaves your body into the surrounding atmosphere being there is more in your blood than in the air, and everything moves from a higher concentration to a lower concentration until equillibrium is acheived.
