you have to go to the bookstores helpdesk situated in iraq and ask the nice freindly perople who have no idea what they are talking about to give u a boot disk. they will then refer you to their manager situated in africa who will refer yuo back to them and the cycle will continue till you go insane and either kill them or yourself
