You can still get real ale in bottles, Steve.

And I don't know of any brewery which uses wooden barrels any more.

you should try some of the Lindisfarne mead
why not come up to the northeast and meet me on the corner then you me and maybe Eleanor can go to holy island and drink lots of mead and we all can swing together until we all fall down.later we can all run for home.
