wow that is just plain stupid

Oh wow, I feel like this is a picture from a place i used to work. We had the most unsafe latters ever set up in the most ackward pisitions. I would probably go up there just becuase im used to it already.

I'm hoping it's just set up to get the pic.

That is a pretty common thing to do in construction, If you don't have room to set up scaffolding, That ladder is actually resting on a plank made for that very purpose
