Yep. My nephew works for a company that puts the vinyl wraps on trucks busses and BUILDINGS!
He could make a 30 story building look like an aquarium if someone ponied up the $5 mil to do it.

Actually, it is a photoshop, there are many of these mock-up pics online which were part of a truck mural design contest in Europe.
