What I wouldn't do for a beauty like this... Yes it could be torn down & rebuilt but then you'd really lose the beauty of it all. I'd refurbish and rent to a bunch of old ladies who can have their little kitty's and SMALL dogs. I'd make $$ hand over fist, 3 ladies in each apt, x's 3 floors cha ching!! cha ching !! Belive me when I tell you old ladies make the best tenets. Clean, Quiet, Respectful of their home and its surroundings.
