I've been dieting down real slowly over the last 5 months or so, and I still don't have a full 6 pack....honestly I never really have, even when I was at my leanest.
If I wasn't so tired I'd work my abs again. I think thats the problem. Can't sculpt a marble. Gotta build the abs up some more. Lower abs really. Upper abs and serratus anterior are coming in.

Don't be so hard on yourself ! A full 6 pack isn't necessary. They're pretty hard to get, too.
You work a lot. Most guys who work as much as you (or less) are all fat & sloppy.
Be happy that you almost have a 6 pack.
