Been getting off work swimming for about an hour, soaking in the hot tub and getting home around 8pm eating, logging my dinner, reading for about an hour and crashing. Good news. I went to my nutritionist Friday morn. I lost 7 lbs in three weeks. I just got back from swimming for 1 1/2 hours. I am sore. See you later baby. I love you.

Anyways....Glad to see you can make time for here. Paul; (Betty's brother) says that loseing 1 pound a week is good, according to his nutritionist.
