well folks,i tried again after help from bamber,(that old wizard has his uses)phoned back up the bank.
the 12 digit number was posted out for me to join up for on-line banking. i went on line and carefully filled in the form.then punched enter.
went back to the site to log in to do some financial wizardry and i typed in all my details and the bastard would not let me in,i must of made an error when i filled in the registration.it told me to phone a number.
when i stopped sobbing hysterical i thought, ahhh fuck it, sweets is probably right anyway.so i deleted the bloody bank from my favorites.
well i`m the chairman of the NSBAPOI society.

I'am a dare devil a pusher of buttons a puter junkie crazy and free BUT!! Not goofy No way to the online banking I don't care how much the bank says it safe I just get a very bad feeling about that......pick up the phone or go visit..online to me is asking for trouble...Just my 2 cents tho....I won't say a word Steve,,,,,not a word !!!
