So...how was everyone's holiday season ?
Did everyone get & give good stuff ?
What did you do for New Year's ?

My holiday season was cool. A hell of a lot better than last year, I'll tell ya what !
I went to the bf's parents house for Thanksgiving & Christmas days. It was nice ! They're all very lovely people. I met his dad's side of the family, this time.
I got a diamond necklace !!!!! (pats self on back)
One New Year's Eve, I had 2 parties to go to. I was of course, escorted by my new honey. lol
It was COLD. But, we had all kinds of fun anyway.
I drank Moet for the first time, with a real live French guy, that my Polish friend picked up at a bar. He was the only one who knew how to open the champagne properly. lol

So anyway. That was awesome !

I spent the night with the hubby at home (until 11pm when he went to work) Then I watched the ball drop on tv with my daughter, went outside and watched my redneck neighbors try to blow themselves up with fireworks and went to sleep!!

Xmas was a flash. Mainly because my barely-21-year-old daughter got married two days after that. What with all the wedding planning, shopping, and all the other stressors that to with a wedding, we didn't have much time or effort to think much about Xmas this year.

New Years? Well, I work and overnight shift and like Celeste's hubby, I have to be at work by 11:00 pm. Since my shift technically starts December 31, I have to work 8 hours and then I can have New Year's day off and drink . . . oops I mean celebrate. So when I get home and am ready to party, everyone else is still trying to sleep off their hangovers.

My holiday was great. got snowed in I actually made chestnuts on the grill. And I had the hugest snowball fight in my life... What fun that was,,,frozen nipples and all,,,
